1.The impact toughness of ductile iron grinding ball generally reaches 10j/cm², which is 2-3 times higher than the impact toughness of high chromium ball, and is not broken in use, without losing the circle, improving the grinding effect, and the production of fine ore powder can be increased by 10-20%.

2.The hardness after isothermal quenching is generally in HRC 52-58, and the surface hardness after use is in HRC 60-63, forming layer by layer hardening, the greater the impact force, the more significant the hardening effect, which is the most important characteristic of the ferro-cast ball material.

3.The corrosion and wear resistance of the cast ball is good, and the wear resistance of the test surface is similar to that of Cr 12.
